Morning Briefing: Alvarez Continues To Shine In Triple-A
Good morning, Mets fans!
We hope you all had a great weekend and got to enjoy watching the Mets win their final series before heading into the All-Star break!
Over the weekend, one familiar name continued his stretch of dominance in Triple-A. Francisco Alvarez has been on a tear since being demoted to Syracuse, and has hit eight home runs in 13 games. His most recent blast was off Andrew Painter, a top-10 MLB prospect and member of the Phillies organization.
