0 1

Ryan Clifford led the charge in Binghamton’s rout over Altoona with two home runs and seven RBIs in a 16-3 rout. In Syracuse, Sean Manaea struck out five over 3 2/3 innings in what’s likely his final rehab start before rejoining the Mets’ starting rotation in Kansas City. Jared Young stayed red-hot for Syracuse, homering for the third straight game.

Box Score

Jared Young had another big day for Syracuse, homering for the third straight day – boosting his Triple-A OPS above .950. Francisco Alvarez has been much better in the month of July for Syracuse, slashing .278/.350/.611 (.961 OPS) with two home runs.

Pitching reinforcements are on the way for the New York Mets, with Kodai Senga and Sean Manaea expected to rejoin the rotation as soon as this weekend. Manaea wrapped up what’s likely his final rehab start on Tuesday, striking out five IronPigs over 3 2/3 innings. Flying more under the radar, Brooks Raley is also eyeing a return to the majors after undergoing elbow surgery in 2024 — and he’s been dominant in his 2025 outings, tossing 7 2/3 scoreless innings so far.

Since his call-up on June 23rd, Metoyer has delivered his fourth scoreless outing for Binghamton, lowering his season ERA to a stellar 0.73.

High-A

Wilmington Blue Rocks (38-43) 4, Brooklyn Cyclones (54-28) 1

Box Score

Corey Collins drove in Brooklyn’s lone run of the night with an eighth-inning triple — just the Cyclones’ second hit of the game. Collins has reached base safely in all four of his games up in High-A Brooklyn this year.

Will Watson lowered his season ERA to 2.05 with a stellar three-inning (rain delay shortened) outing. He’s now allowed two or fewer earned runs in 12 of his 16 appearances this season.

Low-A

St. Lucie Mets (43-37) 4, Bradenton Marauders (40-41) 11

Box Score

Jeremy Rodriguez launched his first home run of the season as part of a 1-for-4 effort, driving in two runs and scoring once. Despite the milestone, Rodriguez’s 2025 numbers remain down across the board — most notably his .254 slugging percentage.

Frank Elissalt endured his toughest outing of the 2025 season, surrendering four runs on seven hits over 4.1 innings while walking one and striking out just four. Despite the rough start, the Nova Southeastern product still owns a solid 3.28 ERA on the year.
