Player of the Day: Payton Tolle gets the nod for dazzling in his first start with Portland on Saturday evening. Selected with the 50th overall pick in last summer's draft out of TCU, Tolle is currently regarded as the organization's No. 5 prospect, which ranks second among pitchers behind only rehabbing right-hander Luis Perales.
