- Zac Hereth at Seattle Sports gave an important update on Logan Gilbert and Bryce Miller, who both seem to be progressing along quite well in their recovery.

- Former MLB outfielder Darin Ruf has filed a lawsuit against the Reds after he suffered a career-ending injury by crashing into an uncovered tarp roller at their ballpark.
- Ronald Acuña, Jr. is set to make his 2025 season debut for the Braves today after finishing his recovery from ACL tear that he suffered last May.
- NBC has entered the bidding war for MLB’s streaming rights, which ESPN has allowed to lapse.
- The Athletic staff named the MLB All-Quarter Century Team, which included some controversial selections. ($)
- Michael Baumann at Fangraphs introduced NOLA, a metric for measuring consistency in starting pitchers.
- Davy Andrews at Fangraphs explained how some balls get labeled as “pulled” even though they are hit to the opposite field.
- The Rockies are even incompetent off the field!

Crazy walkoff from Reno Aces last night. Connor Kaiser hits a bases loaded double to end the game, but the runner from 2nd runs into a teammate coming out from the dugout and is called out for interference, but the ball isn't dead so the runner from 1st scores the winning run
