Paul Blackburn struggled Sunday in his third rehab outing in Syracuse. The 31-year-old allowed three earned runs over three innings pitched as he aims to return from knee inflammation. Blackburn will bring much-needed stability to a Mets roster that has heavily taxed its bullpen in the absence of ace Sean Manaea.
