Kyla Holas to lead USA U-15 Women’s National Team at WBSC World Cup in Italy
USA Softball has announced that Kyla Holas will serve as head coach of the U-15 Women’s National Team set to compete at the WBSC U-15 Women’s Softball World Cup 2025, taking place June 27-July 5 in Caronno Pertusella and Legnano, Italy.
Holas returns to the U-15 helm after guiding USA to the inaugural world title in 2023, defeating Puerto Rico 3-0 in the final in Japan. She also leads the U-18 Women’s National Team, with which she claimed the WBSC U-18 Women’s Softball World Cup 2021 title in Lima, and she will look to defend that trophy this September in Oklahoma City.
In addition, USA Softball has finalised its 16-player U-15 roster with the addition of Braelyn Johnson, Lucy Reis, Audrie Riley, and Makenzie Thomas, who will all make their international debuts in the red, white, and blue this summer. Click here to view the full roster.
USA qualified for the World Cup by sweeping the Pan American Championship in March with a perfect 8-0 record, sending a strong message ahead of their title defence in Italy.
