Baseball: Cincinnati Reds win against Baltimore Orioles

On Friday night, the Cincinnati Reds defeated the Baltimore Orioles in American Major League Baseball at Oriole Park at Camden Yards in Baltimore, Maryland. The score was 8-3.
Three-run home runs by Elly De La Cruz, and Matt McLain helped the Reds defeat the Orioles.
De La Cruz batted in the top of the third inning. There were two outs and two runners on, with the Cincinnati Reds losing against the Baltimore Orioles 1-0.
De La Cruz hit the first pitch from Orioles pitcher Cade Povich, and hit the ball to centerfield. It reached the top of the wall and went very high into the air. It was ruled a home run by the umpires.
Andrew Abbott going into the game was (2-0, with a 1.64 ERA) struck out 11 batters, allowed one walk, and had just three of the 21 batters to reach base.
