A’s go for the Sweep in Chicago

Looking for a sweep in the Windy City, the Athletics take on the Chicago White Sox today at Rate Field. A win today would give the A’s their first sweep in the 2025 season. Hoping to make that a reality, Athletics skipper Mark Kotsay will send JP Sears to the mound. Sears is 1-2 with a 4.24 ERA in his three starts. In his seventeen innings, he’s logged sixteen strikeouts and only three walks, while opposing hitters are batting .250 against him. JP will face off against 28-year-old righty Davis Martin.
