Good morning, Mets fans!

Latest Mets News

The Mets (4-3) defeated the Blue Jays (5-3) 5-0 in their home opener on Friday. It was a brilliant effort all around, but it was the pitching that really stood out. Tylor Megill looked great, tossing 5 1/3 scoreless innings, while Reed GarrettA.J. Minter, and Max Kranick combined to strike out six in 3 2/3 scoreless innings. The Mets’ bullpen in particular has been phenomenal this year, and they were again in the first game in front of the home crowd.
