In 2022, Leon, who first became FEVEBEISBOL president in 2017 after taking over from Edwin Zerpa, became the first woman to serve as the Confederation of Pan American Baseball (COPABE) President. She is also a member of the WBSC Diversity and Inclusivity Commission. Leon is the fourth Vice President of the Venezuelan Olympic Committee (COV) and leads its Marketing Commission.

The Clubs also elected Leon's Executive Board, which includes Ángel Delgado, Yazeida Peraza, Evelin Pineda, Oscar Izaguirre, Douglas Colmenarez, Luis Martínez, Enrry Rosales and Henry Gutiérrez.

The Assembly also honoured the most significant accomplishments of the 2024 season. The awards went to the Women's National Team manager Carlos Torres; umpire Jean Cadenas, who officiated the U-18 Pan America Championship in Panamá; and Rafael Herdé, who managed the U-12 National Team. FEVEBEISBOL also honoured the Miranda State Baseball Association for leading the 2024 Men's Baseball Rankings, and the Lara State Baseball Association for leading the Women's Baseball Rankings.
