Razer Cortex messed up something on my PC | Razer Insider

So, I installed it today after my friend recommended it, and I regret it. I already removed it, but now I am trying to fix the mess this thing made on my PC because my eyes hurt now. After optimisation in League of Legends whenever I am moving my nickname (maybe even a champ) is blurry, I literally can't play anymore until I fix this.
