Walk toward it to see Myra talking to Kidman and Theodore. Follow the terrain to find another resonance point near a pillar in the distance. Watch the next part of Myra's memory, then head for the building with an open wall in the distance to find the next residual memory. The building turns out to be Sebastian's Room. Pick up supplies from the room and craft ammo if needed. This is your final chance to to purchase upgrades before the game ends as well.
