The maximum number of participants for a Forms survey is 5,000,000 responses per form/quiz, but for Microsoft personal accounts, the limit is 200 for free accounts and 1,000 for paid accounts.If you have a Microsoft personal account, you can upgrade to a paid account to increase the response limit.
