Cuba win U-15 Caribbean Baseball Cup
World No. 10 Cuba defeated the hosts and No. 47 Bahamas, 1-0, in the final of the U-15 Caribbean Baseball Cup at the Andre Rodgers National Baseball Stadium in Nassau.
It was Cuba's second U-15 Caribbean Baseball Cup.
No. 45 US Virgin Islands beat No. Sint Maarten, 12-2, in the bronze medal game.
The U-15 Caribbean Baseball Cup ended the Caribbean Baseball Confederation (COCABE) 2024 season.
COCABE said in a press release that the Confederation is planning to organize competitions for all the age brackets.
The most important event of 2025 will be the seventh Caribbean Baseball Cup, scheduled for December in the Bahamas. The tournament will be a qualifying event for the Caribbean Games 2026 in Santo Domingo.
