Among 41 participating colleges, the Viking athletes delivered outstanding performances, bringing recognition and pride to the college.
In the women’s division, the Viking team earned an impressive 17th place overall. Leading the team was Lindsey Wortham, whose performance placed her in the top 15% of runners and earned her an All-American title from the NJCAA Cross Country Coaches Association—a prestigious honor recognizing her dedication and skill.
The men’s team saw strong individual efforts from all four Viking runners, with standout Steven Cruz setting a new Carl Albert record in the 8K, finishing with a time of 27:34.
