Morning Briefing: Brandon Nimmo to Undergo MRI on Shoulder

0 3

Good morning, Mets fans!

Brandon Nimmo will undergo an MRI Monday on his shoulder after he was forced to leave Sunday’s game early. Nimmo said he felt general achiness during the seventh-inning stretch and then felt pain on his back-swing on the first pitch of his next at-bat. Nimmo said he didn’t feel anything during the rest of the at-bat, but he was pulled from the game just to be cautious.
