Rounds 11-20 conclude the draft today.

Today the draft concludes with rounds 11-20, beginning at 1 p.m. CT with coverage at MLB.com. These will be players to fill out rosters in the lower levels, but there are opportunities to find hidden gems like 11th-round pick Vinnie Pasquantino. All-Stars Matt Strahm (21st round) and Seth Lugo (34th) were selected in rounds that don’t even exist anymore.

Here is MLB Pipeline’s list of best available:

Dax Whitney, RHP, Blackfoot (Idaho) HS (No. 56)

Garrett Shull, OF, Enid (Okla.) HS (No. 76)

Carson Wiggins, RHP, Roland (Okla.) HS (No. 79)

Sawyer Farr, SS, Boswell (Texas) HS (No. 91)

Noah Franco, LHP/OF, IMG Academy (No. 92)

Tegan Kuhns, RHP, Gettysburg (Pa.) HS (No. 96)

Mason Russell, LHP, Casteel (Ariz.) HS (No. 97)

Duncan Marsten, RHP, Harvard-Westlake (Calif.) HS (No. 98)

Jackson Barberi, RHP, Brockwood (Ga.) HS (No. 99)

Mason Brassfield, LHP, Bakersfield Christian (Calif.) HS (No. 101)

These will be very difficult signs that are likely headed to college unless they get the money they are looking for. Players in these rounds can be signed for up to $150,000 without it affecting the bonus pool, but anything over that will be taken out of the pool.

The Royals have the second pick in each round.
