Linda Faye Vickrek

Linda Faye Wisecarver Vickrek, 73, of Frederick County, Virginia, passed away on Thursday, March 14, 2024, at Winchester Medical Center. Ms. Vickrek was born in 1950, in Winchester, Virginia, the daughter of the late Dorothy Jean and Glendin Lee Wisecarver. She was employed as a Program Management Specialist at FEMA with the Operational Tech Team. Linda loved traveling, vacationing, being outdoors tending to her flowers, riding motorcycles, attending social events and any adventure she could get into including ziplining in Vegas at the age of 69. Linda loved competing in barrel racing in her younger years and continued to trail ride until the age of 65. Linda loved spending time with family and friends, whether it was a sitting on the porch enjoying a cup of coffee or out to dinner at her favorite restaurant.
