WVU Online Undergraduate Applicant WVU Online has nine undergraduate degrees and two undergraduate certificate options. As a potential online undergraduate student, we’d like you to know that online students pay different tuitions and fees than traditional on-campus students. Because of this, students enrolled in online programs will not have access to many on-campus services such as the student recreation center, the PRT, or free tickets to athletic events.
