Given tonight’s White Sox starter, and in the interest of brevity, I’ll repeat what we said earlier in the week. After thorough deliberation, while we are once again declining to provide coverage of his time or play with the organization, this time, we will begin our coverage of his starts with a reminder of this position, which is has been consistent for well over a year. With space we would ordinarily use to shed light on a player’s performance, we instead direct you to the efforts of our editor Chrystal O’Keefe, who is leading South Side Sox in making a donation to Prevent Child Abuse America every time we must bring this conversation to the table. Please join us and other Sox fans in supporting Chrystal’s effort to create some light and inspiration on days in which it might otherwise be too distressing to entertain such a careless organization.
