If the Royals get a new downtown stadium, then Kauffman should be memorialized with a small-scale replica like Rosenblatt

With all this talk of a new downtown stadium for the Royals in Kansas City, if it ever does get built that would likely leave the current Kauffman Stadium to be destroyed after a 5-decade long tenure, what would we built in place of that is unknown. But what I would like to see is a memorial park on the Kauffman Stadium site that features a smaller-scale replica of the K. Similar to what Omaha has for the former site of Rosenblatt Stadium (pictured above) which is now owned by the nearby Omaha Zoo. There could be a museum dedicated to the life of Kauffman Stadium with a miniature field that has a couple of Kauffman's seats with a replica of the original crown scoreboard and the general facade of the K (but smaller), it could be part of the Chiefs Fan Zone or something, just a random thought I had that could go towards historical preservation.
