[Men's Track & Field] Arokoyo Sets PR in the Shot Put at Cramer Invite for SXU

Bourbonnais, Ill. – Sophomore Ayobami Arokoyo (Schaumburg, Ill./Schaumburg) recorded the third best throw in the Shot Put in program history and finished fourth overall with a toss of 13.68m for the Saint Xavier University men's track & field team this past Saturday at the Walter Cramer Invitational hosted by Olivet Nazarene University (Ill.) in Bourbonnais, Ill. Senior Matt Szocka (Crystal Lake, Ill./Crystal Lake South) also established a new personal record (PR) in the Shot Put, placing right behind Arokoyo with a throw of 13.67m the fourth best in the discipline for the Cougars. No team scores were recorded for the competition.
