[Men's Basketball] Hawks Stumble At #25 Hope International

FULLERTON, Calif. - The offensive struggles continued for the San Diego Christian College Hawks in their return to GSAC competition Saturday in Fullerton falling to the (25)Hope International Royals 58-91.

In the early going, the Hawks were able to match the Royals posting a 10-10 tie after five and half minutes. A string of missed opportunities that followed would allow HIU to begin putting some distance between them and SDCC and by the half, the Hawk deficit would be twenty-one.

San Diego Christian was never able to get within striking distance in the second half. Sophomore guard, Josh O'Campo would get hot for the Hawks, putting in 10 of his team-leading 14 points after the break, but his solo efforts were not enough to close the gap.
