What’s the movie of the 80s? Or the 90s?
It’s the second off day in the last five days. That’s no fun. Doubly no fun considering the Mondesi injury news today. So, let’s do a throwback: off topic thread time!
If you haven’t been around for one of these, here’s the gist: there are five questions, plus a bonus sixth question that’s usually a “this or that” question. Your mission is...to answer below, in the comments. Let’s get rolling.
- You get to name one movie that exemplifies each of the last four decades: 10s, 00s, 90s, 80s. What do you pick for each?
- Which is the best airport you’ve been to, and which one is the worst?
- What’s the worst injury you’ve personally endured and fully recovered from? On a scale of 1 to 10, how painful or awful was it?
- What is one thing that you learned to do as an adult that most people learn to do as a kid?
- Disliking popular things is common here on the internet. What’s one widely panned or unpopular thing—food, place, movie, whatever—that you absolutely adore?
BONUS: Coke or Pepsi?
