Marc-Andre Fleury removed from COVID-19 protocol list for Golden Knights
Marc-Andre Fleury has been removed from the NHL’s COVID-19 protocol list for the Golden Knights on Friday. Apparently, Fleury had a false positive, similar to Sidney Crosby of the Penguins last week. The Golden Knights have yet to announce who will start in goal tonight for the team. We know it won’t be Robin Lehner, who is in Henderson of the AHL on a conditioning stint for an upper-body injury. If the team doesn’t believe that Fleury is ready to start, then it is expected that Logan Thompson would make his first start of his career for Vegas versus the St. Louis Blues
Fleury, who came into the season as the backup to Lehner, has had a Vezina quality season with a 1.76 goals-against average and .938 save percentage in 17 games.
The Golden Knights are -116 favorites over the Blues tonight on the money line, +215 (-1.5 goals) on the puck line, and have an over/under of 5.5, -120 to the over, and -102 to the under.
