Gary Harris, Paul Millsap Ruled Out Friday vs. Hornets; Will Barton Questionable
The Nuggets will be shorthanded once again Friday vs. the Hornets. Harris and Millsap both remain out of the lineup, while Barton is listed as questionable. Barton has missed the past three games due to personal reasons, while Harris and Millsap are dealing with injuries. Harris returned to the Nuggets’ lineup in their last game, and it’s unclear if he suffered a setback during that contest or if they’re being cautious with him.
If Barton is unable to suit up, it will open up plenty of playing time on the wing. Facu Campazzo has seen a nice spike in playing time for the shorthanded Nuggets, and Michael Porter has moved into the starting lineup. JaMychal Green has started in place of Millsap recently, and he put together a solid 35.0 FanDuel-point performance in his last game.
From a usage perspective, Nikola Jokic and Jamal Murray have dominated for the Nuggets recently. Jokic has scored at least 55.1 FanDuel points in five of his past six games, while Murray has scored at least 35.2 in each of his past four. Both players will be elite fantasy options once again if Barton is out of the lineup.
