ALCS Game 5/NLCS Game 4 Open Games Thread
The Astros and Dodgers are showing signs of life
After looking like they were going to roll over to the Rays in a sweep, the Astros won their first game of the series yesterday—although it was close, as Tampa Bay almost tied the game in the ninth. Today they return to try to claw their way back into the series, and the game is ten minutes old and George Springer has already hit a home run.

Here’s the lineup for today’s game, which is going on now on TBS:
The Astros are starting rookie Luis Garcia and the Rays have John Curtiss, a reliever, doing opener duties, so it looks like today will be a heavy bullpen day for both teams.
The Dodgers-Braves have the “late” game today, starting at 5:08 on FOX and FS1:
The Dodgers came back with a vengeance yesterday, scoring eleventy hundred runs in the first inning, and will look to tie up the series today. Clayton Kershaw will make his NLCS debut and be opposed by Bryse Wilson, about whom I freely admit I know nothing.
