Brad Wilkerson

Brad Wilkerson

This bat was autographed by Brad Wilkerson at a Montreal Expos game on September 27, 2004. Brad Wilkerson was selected by the Montreal Expos in the first round of the 1998 Major League Baseball Draft. He had his major league debut with Montreal on July 12, 2001 and played for the Expos from 2001-2004. On June 24, 2003, Wilkerson hit for the cycle, becoming the first player since 1957 to have the minimum 4 plate appearances and hit for a natural cycle. In 2004, Wilkerson hit the last home run in the Montreal Expos franchise history. Wilkerson has been referred to as “The Last Expo” as he appeared in a Montreal Expos uniform at the Major League Baseball Japan All-Stars Series, shortly after the Expos last season in Montreal, in 2004.
