Rojas: Hoping To See Cano, Brach Soon But “No Timetable”

Earlier today on a Zoom conference with the media, Mets’ manager Louis Rojas addressed (as best he could) the notable absence of both Robinson Cano and Brad Brach from Spring Training 2.0.

MMO’s own Jacob Resnick — who was on the call — tweeted out Rojas’ comments about when we could see the veteran slugger and right-hander at Mets’ camp.

The skipper that they “hope” to have them join the rest of their teammates soon, but made sure to note that there is “no timetable” for their arrivals.

This was all Rojas could say on the matter, but if the Amazin’s want to compete in this 60-game season — they will need both Cano and Brach healthy — and ready to contribute on the field.
