As we transition into the offseason (though the playoffs are still happening right now), we will be picking up our dynasty fantasy football rookie rankings coverage here and on SportsGrid. Dynasty fantasy football is one of our big passions here at RX and my early dynasty fantasy football rookies rankings are the product of a few different streams. The first is wagering on college football both in spread betting and in college football daily fantasy all season long. We have been tracking/paying attention to reports on how the NFL values these players, available workout information (a key component of prospect evaluation that we will never ignore) and also how they produced relative to their other draft-eligible peers.
While these rankings are stone-cold locks to change before the combine, after the combine, before the NFL draft and after the NFL draft, it is still very important to have a sense of the strength of a dynasty fantasy football rookie class over the course of the season. The incoming class will influence how hard you pursue future draft picks and how you value the QB/RB/WR/TE on your own roster
