[Men's Soccer] OPSU's DePierola Leads Men's Soccer Weekly Selection

OKLAHOMA CITY – On the heels of the program's first-ever victory, Oklahoma Panhandle State's Manuel DePierola's earned the second week's edition of the Sooner Athletic Conference offensive player of the week, while John Brown's Britt Wisener was selected as defensive player of the week in consecutive weeks.

In the first-career selection for the freshman from West Orange, N.J., DePierola landed a series of firsts. The striker tallied the program's first goal in the fourth minute en route to his five-goal performance. In fact, DePierola needed just 15 minutes to complete the first hat trick in program history before finishing the match with the quintet of strikes in the first 55 minutes.
