[Swimming] Swimming earns two All-American honors on the first day of NAIA National Championships
COLUMBUS, Ga. - The Lindsey Wilson men and women's swimming teams earned NAIA All-American honors on the first day of NAIA National Swimming Championships at the Columbus Aquatic Center.
The women's 800 free relay of Emily Wood, Sloane Smith, Carlene Taylor and Jessica Macdonald finished in seventh place to earn All-American honors in 7:52.82.
The men's relay of Pedro Terra, Michael Peck, Ron Wolfart and Clemens Paetzold earned NAIA All-American honors with an eighth-place finish in the 800 free relay in 6:56.90.
The Lindsey Wilson men and women's swimming teams are set to compete on Thursday with preliminary competition starting at 8 a.m. CT followed by the finals at 4 p.m. CT at Columbus Aquatic Center.
