[Basketball] Basketball Teams Host League Quarterfinals, IWU Students FREE

MARION, Ind. – The Indiana Wesleyan University men’s and women’s basketball teams have entered postseason play with the Crossroads League Tournaments beginning this week.

Quarterfinal action is Tuesday and Wednesday at the home sites of the top four teams in the Crossroads League. The women’s team is the No. 3-seed and hosts No. 6 Grace (Ind.) at 7 p.m. on Tuesday while the men’s team is the No. 2-seed and welcomes No. 7 Huntington (Ind.) to Luckey Arena at 7 p.m. on Wednesday.

On the women’s side, semifinal games will be on Friday and the championship game contested on Monday, February 25. The men’s tournament is scheduled for semifinal contests on Saturday with the title game on Tuesday, February 26. The higher seed will be the host site.

As a Crossroads League event, ticket prices at all tournament games are $10 for adults while all students and children are free admission.
