2018-2019 Salary Comparisons, Updated
Since the end of the season, CLEFO has made a bunch of moves, and salary numbers have gotten changed around a bit - I've updated my spreadsheets to account for these, and thought you guys might be interested.
As it was before, all data is from Cot's Contracts, except contract bonuses and pro-ration of signing bonuses, which came from Spotrac
Amounts listed in the 2018 column include only what Cleveland paid, not their full salaries.

For the pitchers, I did not include Jefry Rodriguez, as I don't know if he'll be a AAA starter, AAA reliever, or MLB reliever this year. His contract is league minimum.
In 2018, from this info, the Tribe paid out about $137.7 million. Given the guys not included because they bounced up and down, I'm comfortable adjusting that up a bit, to the $139-140 million range.
They are currently already scheduled to pay out $89.2 million, prior to arbitration awards for Lindor, Bauer, and Cody Anderson. For Lindor, most estimates I've seen for him expect he'll get about $10.3 million. For Bauer, that number is about $11.6 million, and for Anderson, $0.9 million.
Adding the expected arbitration numbers and Kipnis's buyout; and subtracting the $2 million coming from Seattle with Santana in that trade, we get a current salary for 2019 of about $110 million. If the team spends about the same as they did last year, that means they have somewhere in the neighborhood of $27-$30 million available to add this offseason/during next season.
As always, if you see errors or have updates, please let me know and I'll edit them in.
