[Men's Hockey] Warriors Set School Record in Drubbing of Augustana

ROCK ISLAND, Ill. – Midland University men's hockey had little trouble picking up a two-game sweep this weekend at Augustana College. The Warriors won the Friday night opener by a score of 7-1 before tallying the most goals in program history during a 17-0 win on Saturday.
Friday's game saw the Warriors jump out 2-0 in the first period behind goals by Trevor Hillman and Wyatt Schulz. Jake Mullendore doubled the lead with a pair of unassisted goals in the second period followed by the Vikings lone goal of the weekend. In the third it was Jason Henry scoring twice with Cy Jenson adding one of his one. Sean Kelley picked up the win, saving eight shots.
