It’s the last weekend of November. Where has the time gone? The year 2018 is quickly fading, but MLB postseason news is not slowing down. Here are some headlines from around baseball.

  • Edgar Martinez was recognized as an all-star seven times throughout his career.

  • Former Cardinals manager Mike Matheny will work in a player development role for Kansas City.

  • Yusei Kikuchi of the Seibu Lions will be posted for major league teams in December. Kikuchi has boasted an impressive 2.58 ERA over the past four seasons in NPB.
