BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Cumberland (Tenn.) finished with an 11-over par 587 after the second of the Mid-South Conference Men's Golf Championship to take a seven-stroke lead at the Bowling Green Country Club.
The first round resumed this morning after play was suspended following nine completed holes on Monday. Cumberland fired an 11-over par 299 to lead after the first 18 holes. The Phoenix followed up that performance with an even par 288 in the second round to hold steady at 11-over par.
