[Women's Golf] Lady Knights in 5th after Day one at Brenau

Gainesville, GA- The St. Andrews women's golf team is currently in 5th place out of 10 after the first round of the Brenau University Golden Tiger Spring Invitational on Monday at Chattahoochee GC.

SAU shot a 342 in round one to trail the leader, Cumberland Univ. (TN) by 22 strokes and only 8 strokes behind 3rd place Brenau. SAU is also sitting higher than 4 other conference teams as well.

Junior Lydia Randell (JR/Walnut Cove, NC) is currently in 10th after a first round 82 while senior teammate, Olivia Pruitt (SR/Duncan, OK) is 13th with an 83. Junior Devon Omar (JR/Grovetown, GA) is also 20th after an 87 while senior Isabelle Sullivan (SR/Fremont, NH) was 29th with a 90. Freshman Hayley Reed (FR/Concord, NH) is then 41st with a 97.
