[Men's Basketball] Warriors Drop 5th Straight, 58-69
ROCHESTER HILLS, Mich.—The Rochester College men's basketball team traveled to the University of Michigan-Dearborn Wednesday to take on the Wolverines in a WHAC matchup. The 58-69 loss drops RC's record to 11-11 overall and 5-7 in conference play.
The Warriors had four players end the night in double digits. Andrew Kline (Clarkston, Mich./Clarkston HS) lead RC with 18 points, connecting on 3 of 6 from behind the arc, and collected 10 rebounds. Junior guard, Justin Nafso (Walled Lake, Mich./Walled Lake Central HS) ended his night with 13 points and dished out 8 assists. Cap Wilson (Davison, Mich./Goodrich HS) and Peter Agba (Owerri, Nigeria/University of Akron) added 12 and 10 points respectively to the Warriors offense.
RC shot 38% from the court, and 27% from behind the 3-point arc and UMD shot 49% from the court and 36% form behind the 3-point line. Both teams shot an impressive 75% from the charity line.
The Warriors will be back in action this Saturday, January 20th as they host the 3-15 Blue Devils of Lawrence Tech University. Game time is set for 3pm.
