Bats Quiet as Isotopes Drop First of 2017
The Isotopes registered just three hits, falling to 1-1 on the year as the Salt Lake Bees emerged victorious on Friday evening, 5-2, at Isotopes Park.
After two scoreless innings, the Isotopes got on the board first in the bottom of the third when right fielder Noel Cuevas delivered a two-run single to left. These would be the only runs scored by the Isotopes on the evening.
