[Football] SXU Football Takes Part in Community Service; Begins Spring Practice

CHICAGO – The Saint Xavier University football team began Spring practice in advance of their annual intrasquad scrimmage on April 29 and found the time to help out around campus and the Southside Community. This past week (March 20-24) opportunities were available to provide support in and around the university, as well as helping out at Lake Katherine Nature Center and Botanic Gardens in Palos Heights, Ill., SWADDLE, Cradles to Crayons, Port Ministries, and the Greater Chicago Food Depository. This was all connected via Saint Xavier's "2023 Service Week."
