[Women's Basketball] Austin Named CCAC Player of the Week

CHICAGO – Senior forward Claire Austin (Chicago, Ill./Davenport/Marist) earned the final Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference (CCAC) Women's Basketball Player of the Week Award for the Saint Xavier University women's basketball team (20-8, 16-4 CCAC) when the awards were announced Tuesday morning by the league office. It is the third time this season that she has claimed the honor, having won on November 16 and on January 3, and it is the eighth time overall in her career with SXU that she has won the award.
