WICHITA, Kan. — Missouri Baptist University led the 2023 KCAC Women's Lacrosse Preseason Coaches' Poll, the conference office announced Tuesday. The Spartans received 16 total points and four first-place votes. Missouri Baptist finished second in the regular-season standings a year ago, and made it to the semifinals of the KCAC Women's Lacrosse conference championship tournament last season.
