[Softball] Summers Named CCAC Pitcher of the Week

CHICAGO – Sophomore pitcher Laila Summers (Joliet, Ill./Providence Catholic) was named the first Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference (CCAC) Softball Pitcher of the Week for the 2022 season for the No. 19 Saint Xavier University softball team (7-2, 0-0 CCAC) when the awards were announced by the league office Tuesday morning. It's the first time that Summers has won the award.
