[Softball] Softball opens season with a split at the Grizzly Open

LAWRENCEBURG, Ga. -- No. 23-ranked Lindsey Wilson softball split a pair of games today to open the 2022 season at the Grizzly Open hosted by Georgia Gwinnett (Ga.) at Grizzly Softball Complex.

Lindsey Wilson won the opener in convincing fashion with an 11-0 win over Reinhardt (Ga.) but fell to the host and No. 11-ranked Georgia Gwinnett in the nightcap 8-7.
