[Men's Indoor Track & Field] NAIA Selects Kucera as National Field Athlete of the Week

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Dylan Kucera of Midland University was named the NAIA Indoor Field Athlete of the Week for his performance for the week of January 17-23, 2022.
Kucera, a senior from Fremont, Nebraska, won both the shot put and the weight throw at the Northwest Open. He is a four-time NAIA Indoor All-American and is the two-time reigning national champion in the shot put. This season, he has qualified for nationals in both throwing events and currently ranks 1st in the shot put and 2nd in the weight throw.
