Addison, Ill. – Senior Alex Acosta (Bolingbrook, Ill./Bolingbrook) collected 1,115 pins in five games and finished tied for 23rd out 336 bowlers for the Saint Xavier University men's bowling team at the Kegel/ISBPA Midwest Collegiat Classic at Stardust Bowl in Addison, Ill. on January 15 & 16. As a team, the Cougars were in 12th place out of 68 teams with a total of 5,206 pins after Day One. SXU finished 17th overall, knocking down 9,077 pins. They tallied 3.871 pins during the Baker Games on Sunday.
