[Women's Basketball] Women's Basketball Comes Up Short This Week

LEAVENWORTH, Kan. – The University of Saint Mary women's basketball team hit the road to take on Kansas Wesleyan University on Wednesday night and hosted Avila University on Saturday night in the Ryan Sports Center. The Spires fought hard in both games, but fell short 79-56 verse KWU and 97-82 against Avila. 

The Spires are now (4-8) on the season and (1-7) in the conference.
