[Women's Soccer] Ohio Valley claims RSC Women's Soccer Championship in first year in league

VIENNA, W.VA. – The River States Conference Women's Soccer Championship finals took place Saturday, Nov. 13 under conditions that were not very soccer-like.  The high temperature was around 42 degrees, but it didn't feel like that with the swirling wind surrounding the OVU Soccer Field. In the end Ohio Valley (W.Va.) University came away with a 1-0 victory over University of Rio Grande (Ohio) to claim the RSC title in its first year in the league.
