[Women's Soccer] Two freshmen named to the QC All-Area girls soccer team

Quad Cities All-Area girls soccer team

Two St. Ambrose freshmen - Taylor DeSplinter and Aubree Langan - were named to the Quad City Times All-Area girls soccer team. 

DeSplinter, from Geneseo, was named the Illinois player of the year by the newspaper. She was a first team all-Big 6 selection and scored 21 goals with seven assists. 

Langan, who helped Assumption to another state title, received honorable mention recognition from the Times.
